Bishop Charles E. Wright, Sr., hailing from Orangeburg, South Carolina, is a devoted husband of over fifty years to Faye M. Wright and a proud father of two sons, Charles Jr. and Daryl. He embraced his spiritual journey in New York City in 1957, finding his calling in the Church of Christ under the tutelage of Bishop R. C. Lawson. Ordained in 1967, Bishop Wright's commitment to ministry led him to earn several theological degrees, including a Doctor of Theology from Southern Bible Seminary in 1976. In 1975, he accepted the roles of Assistant Pastor of Greater Refuge Temple and Dean of the Church of Christ Bible Institute. Upon Pastor William L. Bonner's passing in 2015, Bishop Wright assumed leadership of Greater Refuge Temple, guiding it with love and dedication.

Bishop William Wilkins, Jr., born and raised in the StraightWay Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith Inc. in the Bronx, New York, discovered his calling at a young age. Ordained at nineteen, he dedicated himself to various roles within the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC), including Youth President and Youth Pastor for over fifteen years. Bishop Wilkins's commitment to service extended beyond the church, with over 25 years of experience in not-for-profit work, particularly in aiding underprivileged families and working with the New York City Board of Education. His academic achievements include degrees in Psychology and Organizational Management, complemented by certifications from reputable organizations. Married to Sarai Wilkins, Bishop Wilkins is a proud father of three children. Currently serving as Assistant Pastor of Greater Refuge Temple and Chairman of the International Convention Committee of the C.O.O.L.J.C., he remains dedicated to preaching, teaching, and nurturing leaders for a purpose-driven future, rooted in his unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
